Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Harborlight Basin Facilities looks after properties across the Houston region. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
