Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Amberfield Willow Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in Little Rock. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 714 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
