Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Meadow Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
