Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Loom Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of about 860 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
