Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Providence, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
