Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Clearpath Keystone Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
