Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Foxglove Willow Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around Minneapolis, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
