Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Northwind Linden Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around contractor visits and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
