Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Summit Iron Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
