Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Fernwood Wilder Pharma develops and makes medicines in Richmond. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around cleanroom operations and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
