Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Cedar Iron Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
