Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Quarry Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
