Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bright Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
