Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Haven Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
