Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Summit Vista Markets is a Houston retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
