Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Northwind Fern Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Charlotte, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
