Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Summit Corner Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Spokane, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
