Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen West Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around client records and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with client records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
