Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Lakeside Care Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
