Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Insurance Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
