Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Nova Meridian Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
