Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Cedar Amber Insurance Group is an insurance company in Colorado Springs with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
