Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Rivermark Willow Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Toledo. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
