Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Harborlight North Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in St. Louis. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
