Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Beacon Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
