Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Northwind Basin Care Services supports families and individuals in Albuquerque with personal care and coordination, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
