Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Stonegate Corner Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 359 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
