Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Cedar Ember Financial serves customers across San Jose with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
