Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Silverline Cedar Facilities Group is a facilities company in Raleigh with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
