Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Harborlight Sable Insurance is an insurance company in Las Vegas with claims and service teams, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
