Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Highbridge Maple Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charlotte. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with online orders or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
