Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Rivermark Hollow Facilities is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
