Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Timber Insurance Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
