Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer sites and compliance. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer sites or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
