Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Silverline Meadow Markets is a Salt Lake City retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
