Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Banking Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
