Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Quill Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
