Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Insurance is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around claims and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with claims or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
