Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meridian Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
