Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Amberfield Granite Pharma develops and makes medicines in Sacramento, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around release testing and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
