Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Bright Wilder Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Wichita, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
