Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Silverline Ember Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
