Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Ironwood Basin Banking Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
