Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Redstone Amber Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Phoenix. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on search and discovery. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around training materials and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with training materials or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
