Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Foxglove Maple Financial serves customers across Knoxville with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with loan applications or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
