Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Granite Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
