Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Cross Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around supply orders and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supply orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
