Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Rivermark Linden Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Jacksonville serving households and small businesses, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
