Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Fernwood Ridge Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Fresno, and we need a Product Manager to lead our search and discovery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
