Product Manager - search and discovery (remote)

Lumen Field Markets Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on search and discovery for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
